  15. As needed Salt and turmeric
  16. As required Oil to fry
  17. as required Panch phoran
  18. As required Curry leaf 1 string

  20. 1 Onion cut.in slices thin type

  1. First,for Dal boil moong Dal after washing it... Then add salt n haldi n few leaf of curry leaf.2 whistle.
  2. Then prepare chaunk,add oil n Rai n jeera,sukhi mirch,curry patta, then adrak n lehsun...add Mirch powder n with no time add the Dal...it will not be burnt
  3. Allow 5 mins...to get the flavor...

  5. FOR SPICED EGGPLANT bhaji,heat a kadai add oil n panch phoran, then add onion sliced...allow it to b reddish,add turmeric for golden color...now add eggplant cut in long flat slices. Fry it...till it leaves it's water...to coat with oil...now add Mirch powder, salt...also add curry leaf n close the lid for 2/3 mins...
  6. The more you fry without breaking the eggplant,the tastier.... Ready to serve with kache chawal n Mirchi kaa achar...
