- Now add chopped brinjal & chopped potatoes mix. It well. Now add tomatoes to it.mix it
- Let it cook for 3-4 mins now add salt & red chilli powder to taste. Let it cook upto 20-25 mins. Don't forget to mix in middle. Cook in a low flame.
- Brinjal & potatoes it's get cooked easily. Check the curry in middle.
- Add coriander leaves and mix it. Off the flame.. Note : you should cook in a low flame only.
