  17. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  18. 1 tea spoon garam masala
  19. 1 tea spoon sugar
  20. 1 tea spoon dhaniya jeera powder
  21. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  22. 2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  23. 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  24. 1/2 tea spoon Kali mirch powder
  25. 2 tablespoon oil
  26. For Puree
  27. 1/2 kg tomato
  28. 2 onion
  29. 12-15 cloves garlic
  30. 10 gm ginger
  31. 20-25 Karri patta
  32. 3-4 green chillies
  33. For Cooking
  34. as required Oil
  35. 50 gm butter
  36. 100 gm ghee
  37. 2 tea spoon sugar or Gur
  38. 2 Lemon juice
  39. to taste Salt
  40. 1 tea spoon jeera
  41. 2 teaspoon hing
  42. 3 table spoon dhaniya powder
  43. 3 table spoon red chilli powder
  44. 2 table spoon turmeric powder
  45. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  46. 1 tea spoon dalchini powder

Instructions to make to make Undhiyu

  1. For muthiya 1)Mix all the ingredients with Lukewarm water
  2. Make small pakoda or muthiya and fry in vegetable oil
  3. For oondhiyo 1)Cut all the vegetables in one inch size(carrot, beans,florets etc)
  4. Make coarse puree of all the ingredients except Curry patta
  5. Take oil, puree ghee in cooker put jeera, hing and chopped onion saute till golden brown.
  6. Put puree and all masala in it, mix it well till it leaves oil and ghee
  7. Add all vegetables and muthiya and mix well
  8. Give one whistle on full flame and slow down the flame for 2-3 minutes
  9. After cooling Garnish it with chopped green coriander leaves and put butter on it with sesame seeds
  10. Serve hot with raita and Puri, paranthe
