- First take a pan add oil 1 tbsp,add panch foron,sukhi mirch,add green chilli. garlic crushed Then add veggies oil fry it.. Add salt and haldi,add finely cut saag saute it.
- Now cover. do it on low flame..add badi/wadi...
- For Punjabi friends of mine sarson da saag k time,you add hing and chilli powder..towards chaunk.Here you don't give that way....It's some thing different preparation but you will like it...the more times you prepare or frequency is more. Take it as a side dish for rice
