  1. Cut the vegetables. Heat oil in kadai. Fry dried lentil dumplings.Keep aside. Then add kalonji & asafoetida in oil. Add pointed gourd & fry it well.Then add all vegetables.
  2. Add all masalas,salt & green chillies. Add a little water & fry it well.Then add 1 &1/2 cup water.Cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
  3. Then add fried lentil dumplings & 2 tsp. sugar. Boil it for 3 minutes in medium flame. Now Vegetable' s curry is ready to serve with steamed rice.
