  5. 2 small brinjal(bengani)
  6. 1 carrot
  7. 6-8 pc lady finger

  9. 5-6 pc Beans
  10. 1 small capsicum green
  11. 50 gm palak optional
  12. 50 methi optional
  13. 100 gm.gobhi (cauliflower)
  14. as per taste Salt
  15. as per taste Black pepper
  16. as per taste Chat masala
  17. as per taste Jeera
  18. as per taste Garam masala
  19. as per taste Coriander powder
  20. as required Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions to make to make Winter special

  1. Wash n cut all the veggies as per required shape. I cut it 2 inch long each
  2. Deep fry all vegetables turn by turn n keep aside. (Don't fry onion n tomato)
  3. Take a vok. Add one spoon oil.
  4. When oil becomes bit hot add cumin seeds n let it roast
  5. Add chopped onion n let it become bit pinkish
  6. Add tomato n let it's raw flvr turn into bit meshed form.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste half spoon n cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add all powder spices as per your taste.(don't add chat masala here)
  9. When oil leaves sides add all vegetables n cook for 15 mins.
  10. Now sprinkle chat masala n mix well.
  11. Turn off the gas. Garnish mix vegetable with fresh coriander leaves n serve with chapati/roti/naan
