- 1 big boiled potato
- 1 small tomato
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp onion seeds

- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- As Per Required Salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp mustard oil (for curry)

- Marinade fish with slight salt + turmeric for 10 -15 minutes, then fry golden brown and keep aside.
- Cut medium slices of brinjal, cut medium slices of potatoes, slit green chili and roughly chop tomato.
- Add oil in a moderately heated pan, add onion seeds and allow to crackle, then add potato + brinjal + green chili and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add all chopped tomato + spices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes by adding 1/4 cup water so that spices don’t burn.
- Now add water and give 2-3 times rolling boil. Add chopped coriander + fried fish and boil for 4-5 minutes.
- Now fish potato curry is ready.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
