  1. For Sambhar- Firstly prepare daal,for it add washed daal in cooker and add water,some turmeric and salt
  2. Mix it well then close the lid of pressure cooker...when 3whistle came turn off the gas
  3. Meanwhile heat a kadhai add ghee,mustard seeds and curry leaf after that add slicely cut onions....saute it well
  4. After that add tomatoes and masalas,cook in a meduim to low flame
  5. Add vegetables,masalas...cook for a while then add water,tamarind paste,jaggery powder and close the lid and cook it well
  6. Then add prepared daal in a prepared veggies mixer....sambhar is ready
  7. For Dosa- Take a grinder add soaked oats,ragi,curd,semolina and some water...grind it well and make a dosa batter consistency
  8. Add salt as per taste,some curry leaves...mix it well
  9. Heat a tawa splatter some water and wipe it with cloth then greease some oil and pour the dosa batter....spread it and cook in a low meduim flame
  10. Grease some butter and cook with both the sides
  11. Its ready....prepare all the dosa in a same way
